Privacy policy

This policy explains how Choicetickrank Garden Media Ltd (“we”, company no. 14829365, 27 Mill Lane, Totnes, Devon TQ9 5HA) processes personal data when you use choicetickrankwhz.garden. We are the data controller under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

We do not run accounts, newsletters or tracking advertising. The contact composer works entirely in your browser; nothing is transmitted to us unless you choose to email us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and message content.

Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and performance. These logs are kept for no longer than 30 days.

Why and on what basis

We process emails to reply to you (legitimate interests) and server logs to keep the site secure (legitimate interests). We never sell personal data.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless needed for a legal claim.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and object to processing. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
